SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
On the above date and time, an officer on patrol determined
that Jack C. Granger III was not at his residence of 200 St. John Street in
violation of a court ordered 24 hour curfew. On July 30, 2020, Granger was
cited into Caledonia Superior Court to answer the charge of Violation of
Conditions of Release on November 16, 2020 at 1000.
