SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
On the above date and time, the St. Johnsbury Police
Department received a complaint about a physical fight occurring in front of 42
Washington Avenue. Responding officers investigated the situation, resulting in
the citation of Billy Wayne Noyes and Sincere Wilson for the respective charges
mentioned above. Noyes is slated to face his charges in Caledonia Superior
Court on October 5, 2020 at 1000 and Wilson on November 16, 2020 at 1000.
The investigation is ongoing. Anybody with information about this matter
