SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
On 07/27/2020 at approximately
2035 hours, John Pinto was taken into custody on Washington Avenue for an
unrelated incident, at that time he was charged for two other offenses that
occurred prior to the arrest. At approximately 1800 hours Pinto broke a surveillance
camera at 48 Eastern Avenue during a dispute with another resident. At
approximately 1830 hours, Pinto then stole clothing and a cell phone from a
residence on Pearl Street.
