SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
On the above date and time, an officer on patrol witnessed a
motor vehicle being operated with two different license plates and an expired
inspection sticker on Railroad Street near the intersection with Pearl Street.
The vehicle was stopped in the Mobil gas station parking lot. Further
investigation revealed the juvenile operator had given St. Johnsbury Police
officers a false name and was actually criminally suspended. The juvenile
operator was found to have consumed alcohol furnished by the passenger, Todd J.
Sasso, Homeless of Woodsville, NH. Sasso was also arrested for furnishing
alcohol to a minor. Sasso was cited into Caledonia Superior Court to answer
that charge on November 23, 2020.
