SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
On the above date and time, the St. Johnsbury Police
Department received a complaint that a male had attempted to grab a 17 year old
juveniles bicycle and then chased him on the Portland Street Bridge. Minutes
later the department received another complaint that the same male had
assaulted Mr. Philip Masure on Washington Avenue and stole a hat from him. John
M. Pinto was arrested, processed at the police department for the above charges
and cited into Caledonia Superior Court on November 2, 2020 at 1000.
