SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
On the above date and time, the St. Johnsbury Police Department
received information about a wanted person on the Fairbanks Inn property. Mr.
Kevin Greene (29) was located and found to have two active warrants for his
arrest. In addition, Greene was on the property in violation of a 24 hour
curfew. Greene was lodged at the Northeast Regional Correctional Facility on
the two warrants and flash cited into Caledonia Superior Court to answer the
charge of Violation of Conditions of Release on July 6, 2020 at 12:30pm.
