SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
On January 6, 2022 at 0027 hours, the St. Johnsbury Police Department received a complaint of a disturbance at a residence on St. Mary’s Street. The incident was over prior to arrival, but officers found that a person who was required to live at the residence on a 24 hour curfew had reportedly not lived there for most of a year and had moved out of the county in violation of a separate active condition of release. On January 6, 2022 at about 1830, Darryl Kittredge was located and flash cited into Caledonia Superior Court to answer this case on January 7, 2022 at 1230.
