SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
On January 15, 2022 at 1822, a St. Johnsbury Police Department patrol officer observed a motor vehicle equipment violation on Portland Street. The vehicle was stopped and the driver was found to be operating on a license that was under criminal suspension for DUI. David Marcy was arrested and brought to the police department. Marcy was later released on a citation to Caledonia Superior Court to answer the case on March 14, 2022 at 0830 hours.
