SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
On January 16, 2022 at 0054, a St. Johnsbury Police Department patrol officer observed a suspicious truck enter the area of the Town Forest / Pavilion parking area on Almshouse Road that is closed after dark. Contact was made with a male and further investigation lead to the arrest of Collins Farr for suspicion of DUI. Farr was cited into Caledonia Superior Court to answer the charge on January 31, 2022 at 0830 hours. The vehicle was hauled away by B&B Towing out of Lyndonville, VT.
