SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: At approximately noon on January 19, 2022, officers of the St Johnsbury Police Department were called to 401 Western Avenue, The Fairbank’s Inn for a reported armed robbery that had occurred just after midnight. The investigation, including review of surveillance video and witness statements led to the arrest of [EXPUNGED], 31 of Lyndonville for her part in this incident. Cowdrey was turned over to Probation and Parole and secured in jail for an arraignment at 1230 hours on Friday, January 21, 2022. This is an active investigation and leads are being investigated at this time.
