On 01-14-2022 at approximately 1500 hours Lt Mark Bickford of the St Johnsbury PD was conducting roving patrol when he observed John Schumann operating a MV on Concord Avenue. Lt Bickford later located Schumann on North Avenue and he was subsequently taken into custody without incident as Schumann is currently under criminal suspension in the state of VT for a prior DUI offense. Schumann was taken to the St Johnsbury PD where he was processed on the DLS and later released on a citation.
