SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
On January 22, 2022 at 1818, the St. Johnsbury Police Department received a complaint from St. Johnsbury Probation & Parole that a probationer’s GPS bracelet alerted probation officers to the fact that the probationer was not in his court ordered 24 hour curfew location as required by active conditions of release. [EXPUNGED] was arrested at an address on Portland Street and brought back to the St. Johnsbury Police Department. [EXPUNGED] was later lodged at Northern State Correctional Facility in Newport, VT on $200 bail.
