On 1/26/2022, Officers were dispatched to a report of a male stealing the tip jar from Dunkin Donuts for a second time. After investigation, it was found that Nicolas Balch was the person of interest. Balch was arrested and while back at the police department confessed to taking the tip jar tonight and also a prior burglary from Dunkin Donuts involving a broken window.
