On January 16, 2022 at 2354, the St. Johnsbury Police Department located Christian Haines at an address on US Route 2W. Haines is known to have a court ordered curfew requiring him to be at an address in Hartford, VT at night. Haines was arrested and brought back to the police department wherein he was released on a citation to answer this case on February 28, 2022 at 0830 hours in Caledonia Superior Court.
