SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
On January 18, 2022 at 1827, a St. Johnsbury Police Department patrol officer stopped a motor vehicle on Railroad Street for observed motor vehicle violations. The operator was found to be driving without a valid drivers license and after a civil conviction for the same within the past 2 years. Mr. James Aja was issued a citation regarding this matter, to be answered in Caledonia Superior Court on March 14, 2022 at 0830 hours.
