SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: Officers of the St Johnsbury Police Department responded to a report of a stolen boom truck from Green Mountain power in St Johnsbury. The vehicle was subsequently recovered in West Charleston, VT, with items that had been stolen from the vehicle at the time it was abandoned. Surveillance cameras at the scene show the suspect , wearing a darker green winter jacket and carrying a blue bag/bedroll. Anyone with information on this matter can contact Det. Sgt.
