SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
On April 3, 2023 at about 0441 hours, a St. Johnsbury Police Department patrol officer contacted a suspicious vehicle on Railroad Street. Found inside the vehicle was Chase Tetrault, who was found to be the subject of four active arrest warrants out of New Hampshire, including one that was extraditable. Tetrault was arrested. Tetrault was lodged at Northeast Regional Correctional Facility in lieu of $5,000 bail per the order of the Honorable Court. His arraignment was set in Caledonia Superior Court for April 3, 2023 at 1230 hours.
