SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
On March 30, 2023, a St. Johnsbury Police Department patrol officer stopped a motor vehicle for a speeding violation on Old Center Road. Further investigation revealed that the operator was under lifetime criminal suspension for prior DUI action(s). The vehicle was grounded and Beattie was cited into Caledonia Superior Court with an arraignment date of May 22, 2023 at 0830 hours.
