SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
On April 2, 2023 at about 0247 hours, a St. Johnsbury Police Department patrol officer conducted checks of business district area ATM vestibules after receiving complaints of overnight loitering on bank property. Edward Pawlowski was found inside the TD Bank ATM in violation of a prior notice of trespass. Pawlowski moved along and was cited into Caledonia Superior Court with an arraignment date of June 5, 2023 at 0830 hours.
