SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On 04/09/2023, Cpl Steven Hartwell and I were dispatched to the area of the New Century Chinese Restaurant to issue Trespass Notices on multiple people.
Upon arrival, we made contact with James Rogers and many others. Rogers had an active warrant for his arrest for Failure to Appear on 03/27/2023. While searching Rogers incident to arrest, I located 2 glassine baggies tucked in his hat, containing a white powder that field tested positive for the chemical makeup of Fentanyl. Rogers was lodged on NECC on his $200 bail.
