SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On 04/03/2023 at approximately 0012 hours, Ofc Robert Gerrish and I were dispatched to Maplefields to issue a notice of trespass on an individual in a grey sedan in the parking lot. Upon arrival, the trespass order was served but the male, Chase Tetrault, gave the name and birth date of his cousin. Chase was showing 4 active warrants out of NH and one was extraditable, the reason why he provided a false name and date of birth.
Officers believed Tetrault provided a false name but were unable to prove it roadside. After further investigation, we were able to identify the male as Chase and not "Chris."
Ofc Gerrish located the male in a vehicle at approximately 0440 hours on Railroad St. Tetrault was arrested for False Info to Police and Identity Theft.
Ofc Gerrish arrested Tetrault for Fugitive From Justice under another case number.
