SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
On 04/10/2023 at approximately 1051 hours Corporal George Johnson and I responded to Concord Avenue for a report that Just Stevens was going after Carl Marcotte with a two by four. While Stevens did not make contact to Marcotte with the two by four Stevens pushed Marcotte on the ground causing pain. Stevens was brought to the Police Department where he was processed and released on a citation. Stevens will face arraignment in this matter on May 22, 2023 at 0830 hours in Caledonia Superior Court.
