SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
On March 31, 2023 at about 1751 hours, the St. Johnsbury Police Department received a complaint from Union Bank Security that the freestanding ATM in the Sanel parking lot near 51 Depot Square was found disabled after 2 people had accessed and tampered with a compartment of the ATM that held the electronics controlling the device. No money was accessed or taken from the machine. After investigation, Myisha Reid and Dylan Laramee were located and cited for this incident, with an arraignment date in Caledonia Superior Court of June 5, 2023 at 0830 hours. No estimate on the damage value is available at this time.
