SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On 04/24/2023 at approximately 0111 hours, Cpl Hartwell and myself were dispatched to the New Avenue Apartments for a report of a verbal altercation between Morgan Clark and Kyle Laflamme. After investigation, it was found Clark was in violation of her Conditions of Release to not have contact with Laflamme, including in person. Clark was subsequently arrested and released on a Flash Citation for the next business day.
