SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
On the above date and time, a vehicle operated by Johnson was stopped on Bay Street after a motor vehicle violation was observed. The operator, Travis Johnson (33) of Lyndonville, VT was subject to a 24 hour curfew with exceptions for employment. An investigation revealed that Johnson made false statements to St. Johnsbury Police Officers about the purpose of his travel, claiming it was for work related purposes exempt from the curfew, when it was not. On August 5, 2020, with the assistance of the Lyndonville Police Department, Johnson was located and cited into Caledonia Superior Court to answer these charges on November 9, 2020 at 1000.
