SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
On the above date and time, the St. Johnsbury Police Department received a 911 call about a disturbance at the Fairbanks Inn regarding a man screaming and banging on the walls. After investigation, Shawn Greenwood was cited for disorderly conduct. Greenwood will answer the charge in Caledonia Superior Court on November 9, 2020 @ 1000.
