SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
Approximately during the above time, the St. Johnsbury
Police Department received nine phone calls in a period of about 26 minutes
from a female residing in the Republican Block. As the phone calls did not
appear to have any legitimate purpose, Shari Hitman was located and cited for
disturbing the peace by electronic communication. Hitman will answer the charge
in Caledonia Superior Court on December 14, 2020 @ 1000.
