On the above date and time, an officer on patrol with the
St. Johnsbury Police Department received a complaint from citizens residing in
48 Eastern Ave of a disturbance being caused by a resident of the building.
[EXPUNGED] was located and cited for disorderly conduct. [EXPUNGED] will answer
the charge in Caledonia Superior Court on December 7, 2020 @ 1000.
