SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
The St. Johnsbury Police Department received a complaint of
a $5.03 gas driveoff from the Maplefields store that occurred in the early
morning hours of August 17, 2020. Upon further review, the two occupants of the
vehicle in question were found to be Carlos Perez and Christian Haines, both of
St. Johnsbury, VT. Haines was out in violation of his court ordered curfew and
was cited for violation of conditions of release. Perez had been previously
issued a notice of trespass from the Maplefields facility and was therefore
cited for unlawful trespass. Both will answer their charges in Caledonia
Superior court on November 30, 2000 @ 1000.
