SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
On the above date and time, the St. Johnsbury Police Department received a report that [EXPUNGED] was in a disturbance at 48 Eastern Avenue where she reportedly kicked Gary Bolton in the genitals and scratched his nose after knocking his coffee over. [EXPUNGED] was located and cited for the above. [EXPUNGED] will answer the charge in Caledonia Superior Court on December 14, 2020 @ 1000.
