SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
On the above date and time, an Officer on patrol noticed numerous people around a suspicious vehicle parked at Maplefields. Christian Haines (27) was part of the group and was out in violation of a court ordered curfew. Haines was arrested. Haines will answer the charge in Caledonia Superior Court on December 14, 2020 @ 1000. Additional charges may be pending in this matter and updates will be provided as needed.
UPDATE:
Further investigation revealed that Tyrone Perry (25) of
Brownington, VT was accompanying Christian Haines at this location. Perry was
out in violation of conditions of release requiring him to be on a curfew at an
address in Brownington, VT. Perry was cited and will answer the charge in
Caledonia Superior Court on December 14, 2020 @ 1000.
