SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
On the above date and time, a vehicle was stopped for a
motor vehicle violation that was observed on Western Avenue. The operator,
Scott R. Tobyne (37) was arrested for suspicion of DUI and brought back to the
police station. Tobyne was cited into Caledonia Superior court to answer the
charge on November 30, 2020 at 1000 hours.
