SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
On the above date and time, a vehicle was stopped at
Maplefields for a motor vehicle violation that was observed on Western Avenue.
The operator, Christian Haines (37) was found to be out in violation of his
court ordered curfew. Haines was cited for violation of conditions of release
and will answer the charge in Caledonia Superior Court on November 30, 2020 at
1000 hours.
