SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
On July 28, 2020, Tristan E. Garcia head-butted a St.
Johnsbury Police Department sergeant during a disturbance at the police
station. Garcia was arrested and cited for Assault on a Law Enforcement Officer
and disorderly conduct. Garcia was cited into Caledonia Superior Court to
answer the charges on November 9, 2020 @ 10:00 am.
