At approximately 2315 hours
on 08/08/2020, St. Johnsbury Police conducted a motor vehicle stop on a van
that failed to stop at the posted intersection of Main Street and Western
Avenue. After investigation the operator of the vehicle [EXPUNGED] of
St. Johnsbury was taken into custody for operating after criminal suspension.
The passenger of the vehicle Jonathan M. Fuller, 33 of St. Johnsbury was
arrested after he was found to have an active warrant from the Essex County
Court. [EXPUNGED] was cited to appear in Caledonia Court on 11/23/2020 at 1000
hours. Fuller was lodged at the Northeast Regional Correctional Facility for
lack of the $3500.00 Bail.
