SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
On July 28, 2020, the St. Johnsbury Police Department received a complaint forwarded through the Department of Children & Families regarding an unattended 2 year old left outside near the road on Portland Street. On August 7, 2020 after an investigation, Antino J. Pepper (23) was cited for Cruelty to a Child. Pepper was cited into Caledonia Superior Court to answer the charge on November 23, 2020 @ 10:00 am.
