Hoyt has a court imposed curfew at his new residence in Easton NH and he was found walking down the road. Hoyt refused to return home and was also later in violation of the curfew on June 19, 2021. Hoyt appeared at the St Johnsbury Police Department at 0230 hours and following his refusal to return to his court ordered residence, he was lodged pending a new court approved residence. Hoyt will appear in Caledonia Superior Court on Monday, June 21, 2021 to answer the charges.
