SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
On the above date and time, a St. Johnsbury Police Department patrol officer observed a motor vehicle violation on Lafayette Avenue. The vehicle was stopped on Portland Street. Further investigation revealed the operator, Kelly L. Lacourse, was driving on a license that had been criminally suspended. Lacourse was arrested. Lacourse was brought to the police department and later released on a citation for August 23, 2021 at 0830. Lacourse will respond to the charge in Caledonia Superior Court.
