SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
A St. Johnsbury Police Department patrol officer conducted a traffic stop at the intersection of Summer Street and Brightlook Drive for an observed motor vehicle equipment violation. Further investigation revealed the operator, Mr. Shawn Ramsey-Digiulio, was in possession of a regulated drug and had smoked said regulated drug earlier that morning despite being subject to active court ordered conditions of release to not do so. Ramsey-Digiulio will answer the citation in Caledonia Superior Court on August 30, 2021 at 0830 hours.
