SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
On the above date and time, a St. Johnsbury Police Officer noticed a motor vehicle equipment violation on a vehicle crossing the Portland Street bridge. The car was stopped as it turned on to Cote Court. Hillary Hofman of Wells River, VT, was found to be driving on a license that was under criminal suspension. Hofman was arrested. Hofman was cited into Caledonia Superior Court regarding this matter for August 2, 2021 at 0830.
