SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
On the above date and time, the St. Johnsbury Police Department received a complaint of a car into the guardrail on Railroad Street near Concord Avenue. Upon arrival officers made contact with the operator, Dylan T. Wirth. Wirth was screened and subsequently arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence of drugs. A DRE exam was completed and an evidentiary blood draw obtained. Mr. Wirth was released on a citation into Caledonia Superior Court to answer the charge on August 23, 2021 at 0830 hours.
