SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
The St. Johnsbury Police Department conducted an investigation into transactions made on a Vermont EBT card. Several transactions were observed to be made in the area during a period where the card holder was incarcerated in Texas. After an investigation, Deborah Clark was cited for Identity Theft and [EXPUNGED] in regards to this matter. Clark will answer the citation in Caledonia Superior Court on September 13, 2021 at 0830 hours.
