SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
On the above date and time, a St. Johnsbury Police Department patrol officer observed a motor vehicle violation on Railroad Street. The vehicle was stopped on North Avenue. Further investigation revealed the operator, [EXPUNGED], was driving on a license that had been criminally suspended for a DUI. [EXPUNGED] was arrested. [EXPUNGED] was brought to the police department and later released on a citation for August 23, 2021 at 0830. [EXPUNGED] will respond to the charge in Caledonia Superior Court.
