SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
On the above date and time, a St. Johnsbury Police Department patrol officer observed a motor vehicle violation on Memorial Drivae The vehicle was stopped on by the Green Mountain Mall. Further investigation revealed the operator, Dana E. Davis, was driving on a license that had been criminally suspended due to DUI since 2009. Davis was arrested. Davis was brought to the police department and later released on a citation for August 30, 2021 at 0830. Davis will respond to the charge in Caledonia Superior Court.
