SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
On 05-02-2022 Lt Mark Bickford of the St Johnsbury PD began an investigation into a theft complaint after receiving a phone call from the White Market on Portland Street in St Johnsbury. During the course of his investigation Lt Bickford was able to identify the accused as Kimberly Kelley. Kelley was captured on video while inside the White Market on the morning of 04-30-22 taking numerous items and leaving the store without paying for them. Kelley was later located and arrested for the offense of Retail Theft. She was issued a citation to appear in Caledonia Court during which time she will answer to her charge.
