SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
On June 19, 2022 at about 0050 hours, a St. Johnsbury Police Department patrol officer observed a motor vehicle violation on Railroad Street. The operator, Mary Ubaldo, displayed signs of impairment by alcohol. Ubaldo was arrested for suspicion of DUI #1. Ubaldo was later released to a sober adult. Ubaldo is scheduled for arraignment in Caledonia Superior Court on August 8, 2022 at 0830 hours.
