SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
On June 24, 2022 at about 1940 hours, a St. Johnsbury Police Department patrol officer observed Shari Hitman walking over by the dumpster behind the Republican Block building at 48 Eastern Avenue. Shari Hitman had an active felony warrant for unlawful mischief (over $1000) and violation of conditions of release. Hitman was arrested without incident and brought to the Northeast Regional Correctional Facility where she was lodged on $50 bail.
