SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On May 30, 2022 the St Johnsbury Police received a report of a package stolen form the porch at a residence on Pearl Street in St Johnsbury. During the report, security footage of the suspect was provided showing a male in a dark tee shirt, dark jeans with dark hair and facial hair stealing the package at 0518 hours in the morning. On May 31, 2022 officers arrested Jeremy Bathalon, 33 of St Johnsbury on outstanding warrants. Once at the police department, Bathalon was identified as the suspect in the video form the Pearl Street residence. Bathalon was issued a citation to appear on July 25, 2022 to answer the charge, and was lodged on his outstanding warrants for lack of bail.
