On 05/11/2022 at approximately 23:37 hours, Albert Vieira was seen by a St. Johnsbury Police Officer leaving the Maplefield’s Store. A check found Vieira to still be subject to a court order curfew condition from 7 pm to 7 am in Lyndonville. Video surveillance also showed Vieira in the store purchasing a Rainbow Popsicle just prior to being seen by the officer. He was located on 06/01/2022 and cited for the offense.
