SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: While investigation the theft of an automobile from a residence in St. Johnsbury, officers of the Bradford Police Department located the vehicle with Jude Mischke, 53 of St Johnsbury asleep in the back seat. The investigation led to the arrest of Mischke for charges in Bradford as well as charges in St Johnsbury for Grand Larceny, Criminal DLS , [EXPUNGED], Larceny form the person, [EXPUNGED], retail theft and habitual Offender. Mischke was cited to appear in Caledonia County Superior Court on July 25, to answer the charges.
